Clinical Nurse I

As a Clinical Nurse I in our Respiratory Care Unit, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients with acute progressive respiratory conditions. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and support the unit's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Utilize the nursing process to deliver evidence-based care, promoting patient safety and satisfaction.
Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and policies.
Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Oklahoma or multi-state licensure.
0-6 months of related experience in a hospital setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a high level of productivity.
