Job Summary

The Clinical Nurse I is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in a post-surgical unit. This role requires effective communication, organizational, and prioritization skills to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement and evaluate nursing care, utilizing the nursing process
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements
  • Valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License
  • 0-6 months related experience
  • Working knowledge of general disease state management processes, bio-psychosocial model, and clinical pathways
  • Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Work Environment

This role is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and requires working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
