A Customer Service Coordinator at Penske is responsible for scheduling preventative maintenance requests, coordinating outside repairs, and planning and managing the shop work plan to ensure customer satisfaction and productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Develop daily and weekly workforce plans to meet customer needs and maximize productivity.
- Communicate with customers regarding maintenance updates, schedule changes, and billing concerns.
- Ensure all Penske Rental units are maintained and prepared for customers.
- Hold vendors accountable for quality and adherence to schedule for outside work.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- 2 years of customer service experience required.
- At least 1 year of hands-on mechanical experience required.
- 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Associates Degree, Technical School Degree, or Bachelors Degree preferred.
