About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Associate to join our team at Wright Technical Services. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining a talent community aligned to specific technical skillsets.

Job Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating leads for Senior Talent Consultants.
  • Performing initial screening of all candidates.
  • Sourcing and scheduling Candidate Interview Calls for the Talent Consultants.
  • Maintaining detailed candidate records and communications history in the WTS applicant tracking system.
  • Maintaining detailed client records and communications history in the WTS CRM system.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in company-sponsored volunteer events and contribute to a positive, fun-loving, and motivated team dedicated to your success.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • Prior exposure to recruiting or sales strongly preferred.
  • Two years of prior work experience, including internships.
  • You love talking to people and getting to know them.
  • You love helping people.
  • You are a curious person.
  • You are creative.
  • You work hard but like to have fun.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (base salary plus bonuses), with unlimited earning potential based on performance.
