Position: Service Call Center Representative

We are looking for a dependable and talented Service Call Center Representative to become part of our team. In this role, you will be tasked with delivering outstanding customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls and effectively manage client inquiries and concerns.
  • Coordinate service appointments and provide relevant information to clients in line with company and manufacturer protocols.
  • Accurately document client interactions and information in our customer management system.
  • Refer complex client issues to the appropriate department manager.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns have been addressed satisfactorily.

  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of company products, services, and procedures to offer accurate and current information to clients.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid, unrestricted driver's license (must be insurable).
  • Maintain a clean and safe driving record.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including a social media check, drug screening, physical examination, background check, and Motor Vehicle Report.
  • Proficient in reading and understanding instructions and information in English.
