Part Time Branch Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Office Administrator to join our team at Edward Jones. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional personalized service to our clients and helping them achieve their long-term financial goals.
Key Responsibilities- Deepen and broaden client relationships through proactive communication and relationship-building activities
- Identify opportunities to create efficiency and improve processes within the branch
- Work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Stay up-to-date with current and new office technology and financial services/markets
- Participate in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
- Actively listen for situations in clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services
- Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events
