About the Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Document Management Professional to join our Sales Support team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between sales personnel, internal departments, legal counsel, and external customers regarding Canon Solutions America Agreements. Your expertise in document management, contract negotiations, and project coordination will be essential in ensuring smooth operations.

Your Responsibilities: You will interact with sales teams, legal counsel, and outside customers to discuss and negotiate terms and conditions of Canon Solutions America Agreements. Additionally, you will manage document requests from Canon Solutions America Sales Force, reviewing documents for business-related risk and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will also draft document addendums to contracts and Canon Solutions America agreements based on guidelines and legal counsel input.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in document management, contract negotiation, and project coordination. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required, along with 3-5 years of related experience. Key skills include effective communication, project management, and ability to work under pressure. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and prior Oracle experience is a plus.
