Resident Support Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Resident Support Professional to join our care team at Freedom Pointe at The Villages. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being are consistently met.
Responsibilities:
- Support residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, hair care, nail care, mouth care, back care, and toileting.
- Document all care as assigned in an accurate and timely manner.
- Transport residents to and from activities and/or appointments in a timely manner.
- Assist licensed personnel with treatments and collection of specimens and take vital signs as directed.
- Report any unusual conditions or reactions to the nurse.
Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Ability to read and write in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
