Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to provide high-quality support services to our Vice President & General Counsel and department staff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including:
- Maintaining calendars and scheduling appointments.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and meeting planning.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
