Position Overview

We are in search of a Creative Motion Graphics Specialist who is passionate about design intricacies and their influence. You will play a vital role in our in-house Creative Team, responsible for crafting and implementing innovative motion design that enhances our brand marketing and turns our products into captivating animations and videos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design storyboards, animations, and stunning motion graphics for diverse brand marketing initiatives across various platforms, including social media and video content.
  • Engage in brainstorming sessions, contributing to the evolution of creative concepts and ideas.
  • Collaborate with designers, illustrators, and copywriters to narrate stories through motion.
  • Work alongside designers to refine and advance our brand identity through motion.
  • Investigate new techniques and tools to produce compelling motion graphics.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure all motion graphics are tailored for different platforms and formats, including social media, digital advertising, and video production.
Qualifications:
  • B.A. in Visual Communication, Animation, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a motion graphics position, with a robust portfolio demonstrating your creativity and skills.
  • A strong passion for storytelling through motion, including storyboarding, video editing, and animation.
  • Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
  • Experience in 3D animation is a plus but not required.
  • A collaborative spirit, able to work with creative peers across various disciplines, and a readiness to both accept direction and provide constructive feedback.
  • Strong expertise in typography and a solid understanding of brand design principles.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Comfortable presenting and articulating creative ideas, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A solid grasp of motion design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies to remain at the forefront of the field.
