Position Overview

KWT Global is in search of a skilled and innovative Motion Graphics Designer to enhance our creative team. We seek a visual storyteller with a strong design sensibility and a fervor for producing engaging content that resonates with audiences. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of current social media trends and demonstrate a proven ability to transform concepts into visually striking motion graphics.

In this role, you will be tasked with creating captivating visual content across various platforms, including social media, promotional videos, and highlight reels. You will work closely with our design and account teams to devise innovative and effective creative solutions that align with client goals.

Key Responsibilities

Motion Design & Editing:
  • Develop, design, and animate motion graphics tailored for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, Stories, TikTok, etc.)
  • Edit and animate both existing and original video content to produce engaging and impactful visuals
  • Create compelling storyboards for social media and promotional video content
  • Collaborate with the creative team to bring concepts to fruition through animation and visual effects
  • Expertise in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is required
  • Experience with 3D animation software (Cinema 4D, Maya, etc.) is advantageous
Project Management:
  • Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project timelines and budgets
  • Effectively prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Engage with clients to grasp their vision and provide creative insights
  • Contribute to the overall success of the creative services team
Continuous Learning:
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in motion graphics and social media
  • Continuously enhance your skills and explore new creative methodologies
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, animation, or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in motion graphics design with a robust portfolio showcasing your work
  • Proficient in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
  • Exceptional storytelling and visual communication abilities
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Compensation: $62,400-$72,000
