Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior OnBase Administrator to join our team at InfoLabs. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of technology solutions for OnBase environments.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. System Monitoring: Monitor the health, usage, and compliance of the OnBase environment to ensure secure services with minimal downtime.
  2. Process Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation while maintaining quality.
  3. System Design: Create system design documents and architectures that ensure availability, scalability, performance, and security.
  4. Issue Management: Troubleshoot and triage complex issues across infrastructure, client devices, applications, and services to identify root causes and solutions.
  5. Project Management: Oversee and assist with migrations of other solutions into OnBase.
  6. Documentation: Document issues, system changes, and workflows for tracking and future reference.
  7. Implementation and Maintenance: Design, develop, implement, and maintain OnBase projects aligned with changing business priorities and technologies.
  8. Collaboration: Work with project teams and customers to meet technical and business objectives.
  9. Support: Provide after-hours or weekend maintenance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • OnBase Experience:
    • At least 3 years of experience with OnBase version 18 or greater.
    • Experience with OnBase System Administration, Workflow Configuration and Design, Document Import Processor, Unity Forms, and User Support.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Hands-on experience with large-scale OnBase implementations and major OnBase version upgrades.
    • Windows Server administration and Microsoft IIS administration experience.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Highly self-motivated, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000-$110,000 per year, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
