Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician Mechanic to join our team at Quality Equipment, LLC. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex agricultural and commercial equipment, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

As a Service Technician Mechanic, you will work closely with our customers to understand their equipment needs and provide timely and effective solutions. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on a variety of equipment, including tractors, combines, and other agricultural machinery.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of diesel engines, transmissions, and electrical systems, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex agricultural and commercial equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Work closely with customers to understand their equipment needs and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a service technician role, preferably in the agricultural or commercial equipment industry
  • Strong understanding of diesel engines, transmissions, and electrical systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
