We're seeking a skilled Marketing and Sales Associate to join our Brooklyn, New York-based team. As a representative of Crosstown Solutions, you'll be responsible for planning and executing front-end marketing outreach activities, qualifying eligible customers, and driving revenue growth through field sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Balancing marketing efforts with relationship-building to enhance client brand presence in the community
  • Presenting Crosstown Solutions' value proposition to local communities and stakeholders
  • Collaborating with the Marketing and Sales team to implement local strategies for growing brand awareness

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with consumers
  • Ambitious and self-sufficient individual with integrity and passion for community impact
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, such as Community Outreach Representatives or Client Relations Specialists

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional public speaking and presentation abilities, as well as outstanding verbal and written communication skills. With an estimated salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, this is a full-time, in-office position based in Brooklyn, New York. Local candidates are encouraged to apply immediately.
