Job Summary

The High School Admissions Representative is a key member of our team, responsible for promoting campus academic programs and facilitating student enrollment. This role involves creating interest in our programs, generating student leads, and supporting the admissions department in achieving campus enrollment goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct presentations within assigned high school territory to promote campus academic programs and facilitate student enrollment.
  • Create interest in our programs, generate student leads, and support the admissions department in achieving campus enrollment goals.
  • Foster relationships with students, teachers, counselors, and school administrators to encourage prospective student enrollment.
  • Manage time and inquiry resources to generate interest in our program.
  • Secure new inquiries by directly asking phone contacts about referrals of others to contact that may be interested in the program offered.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, pursue qualified candidates for enrollment, and determine appropriateness of candidates for admission based upon career goal compatibility.
  • Effectively communicate with enrolled students to guide them through the online orientation and help them understand the importance of this activity as well as tracking their progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of school admissions or high school coordinator experience, or;
  • 2 years of sales, customer service, or support experience with proven skills in customer engagement and enrollment practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills to effectively promote campus programs.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and maintain attention to detail in lead generation and enrollment activities.
  • Highly organized and team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Open to feedback and continuous improvement in techniques for engaging and enrolling students.
  • Demonstrates strong ethics and a commitment to diversity and respect in the workplace.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with high school staff, students, and families.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
