Business Development Liaison

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Liaison to join our team at Ascension. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating programs designed to foster external relationships with hospitals and healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and cultivate strategic relationships with community partners and facilities.
- Work with service line and hospital leadership to implement initiatives for pipeline development.
- Initiate and maintain contact with key partners identified through a data-driven targeting process.
- Develop target growth plans and maintain diligence on tracking, goals, and obstacles communicated from partners and facilities.
Requirements:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
- Sales experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, etc. is a plus.
