Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our housekeeping staff, ensuring that all rooms are cleaned to the highest standards, and managing the inventory and supplies of housekeeping materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff, ensuring that all rooms are cleaned and prepared to the highest standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all rooms meet our hotel's standards.
  • Manage the inventory and supplies of housekeeping materials, including linen and cleaning products.
  • Coordinate special cleaning requests and prepare rooms for VIP guests.
  • Manage housekeeping schedules, assignments, and payroll.
  • Identify and report any maintenance issues that require attention.
  • Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and hotel standards.
  • Enforce safety, security, and sanitation procedures.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of housekeeping experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and hotel standards.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Sharp attention to detail and customer service focus.
  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time.
