Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain network performance through monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting">
  • Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, PDAs, smartphones, software deployment, security updates, and patches">
  • Evaluate performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, and latency">
  • Define network policies and procedures">
  • Manage client hardware and software vendors and serve as the primary technical contact">
  • Document changes made to the network and internal processes">
  • Conduct onsite training requested by clients">
  • Identify user needs and make recommendations for upgrades and integrations">
  • Maintain network integrity, system availability, and security best practices">
  • Be available for on-call schedules and come onsite periodically">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a network administration role">
  • Certifications such as Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Fundamentals">
  • CCNA or Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate certification preferred">
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently">

Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
