The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in both sourcing and recruitment functions.

In the sourcing aspect, the specialist utilizes a variety of external and internal databases to identify, assess, and present top candidates to the recruitment team for essential roles.

Employing diverse tools and resources, the specialist discovers hidden talent and develops strong talent pipelines for the organization’s most vital skill sets.

On the recruitment side, the specialist implements recruitment strategies and oversees the complete recruitment process for both clinical and non-clinical roles.

This position also involves assessing job openings and collaborating with hiring managers to establish the candidate interview process.

Strategic planning, market analysis, and the ability to cultivate and sustain strong relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals are essential for ensuring a continuous influx of highly qualified candidates to meet the organization’s staffing requirements.

Education
Required – Associate's degree or 2 years of experience in lieu of education.
Preferred – Bachelor's degree or advanced postsecondary education degree.
Work Experience
Required – 2 years of experience in Corporate Sourcing, Recruiting, or Talent Acquisition Coordination.

Preferred – Experience with Workday technologies, sourcing difficult-to-find candidates, full life cycle recruitment experience, and familiarity with the Healthcare sector.

Certifications
Required – None.

Preferred – Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR); Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR); Certified Health Care Recruiter (CHCR); LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter; AIRS Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter (CSSR).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Proficient computer skills and dexterity for data entry and information retrieval.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
Proficiency with Windows-style applications, various software packages specific to the role, and keyboard skills.
Expertise in Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and/or other Candidate Relationship Management tools.
Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills, along with strong oral and written communication abilities.
Demonstrated initiative and creativity to propose ideas that enhance the team's capacity to meet or exceed hiring objectives.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Creative problem-solving skills to navigate challenges effectively.
Capacity to prioritize multiple projects and competing demands to meet deadlines.
Skills to proactively identify and engage top talent through various sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Internet Recruiting, Job Boards, Applicant Tracking Systems, Boolean Searches, etc.).
Judgment skills to determine when to escalate customer issues.
Job Duties
Collaborates with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to comprehend hiring needs and position profile requirements.
Develops and executes advanced talent sourcing and recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
Drives sourcing initiatives across various business channels for specific roles and future talent pipelines.

Sources candidates using a wide array of platforms, with a strong focus on LinkedIn, Indeed, the company's Talent Community, Social Media, hireEZ, Search Engines, Boolean strings, Digital and Campus Recruitment Leads, the company's Applicant Tracking System, and niche regional/national job boards and associations.

Oversees full life cycle recruiting activities for all positions within the assigned area.
Participates in business meetings and events as necessary to remain informed about industry trends and networking opportunities.
Prepares and delivers strategic sourcing presentations to key stakeholders.
Ensures HR compliance by enforcing recruitment policies, programs, and implementation strategies.
Maintains positive relationships with area leaders, hiring managers, and HR Departments to support collaborative recruitment efforts.
Contributes to corporate HR internal projects, enhancing broader HR initiatives.
Performs additional related duties as required to support the talent acquisition function effectively.

Physical demand requirements exceed those for Sedentary Work.

Even though the weight lifted may be only a negligible amount, a job should be rated Light Work:
(1) when it requires walking or standing to a significant degree; or (2) when it requires sitting most of the time but entails pushing and/or pulling of arm or leg controls; and/or (3) when the job requires working at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and/or pulling of materials even though the weight of those materials is negligible

NOTE:

The constant stress and strain of maintaining a production rate pace, especially in an industrial setting, can be and is physically demanding of a worker even though the amount of force exerted is negligible.
