- Develop and implement advanced talent sourcing and recruitment strategies to align with business objectives.
- Drive sourcing efforts across various business channels for specific roles and future talent pipelines.
- Source candidates leveraging a wide range of platforms, with a strong emphasis on professional networks, job boards, and industry associations.
- Execute full life cycle recruiting activities for all positions in the assigned area.
- Attend business meetings and events as required to stay updated with industry trends and networking opportunities.
- Prepare and present strategic sourcing presentations to key stakeholders.
- Ensure HR compliance by enforcing recruitment policies, programs, and implementation approaches.
- Maintain positive business relationships with area leaders, hiring managers, and HR Departments to support collaborative recruitment efforts.
- Support and participate in corporate HR internal projects, contributing to broader HR initiatives.
- Associate's degree or 2 years of experience in lieu of education.
- 2 years of experience in Corporate Sourcing, Recruiting, or TA Coordinating.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree or advanced postsecondary education degree, experience with Workday technologies, sourcing hard-to-find candidates, experience in full life cycle recruitment, and experience working in the Healthcare industry.
- Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR); Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR); Certified Health Care Recruiter (CHCR); LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter; AIRS Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter (CSSR).
