Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Recruiter to enhance our talent acquisition efforts within the metal recycling industry. This role is ideal for an individual who is enthusiastic about connecting exceptional candidates with a mission-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy that attracts top-tier talent across various roles.

- Manage recruitment campaigns, including job postings and advertisements, to draw in high-quality candidates.

- Lead the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding logistics.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while participating in recruitment events and job fairs.

Qualifications:
- Outstanding communication skills with a talent for building relationships.
