Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruiter to enhance our talent acquisition efforts within the metal recycling industry. This role is pivotal in shaping our recruitment strategies and ensuring we attract the best talent to support our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies that resonate with our organizational goals.
  • Work closely with department heads to develop accurate job descriptions that attract suitable candidates.
  • Utilize advanced recruiting techniques to stay competitive in the industry.
  • Manage recruitment campaigns, including job postings and advertisements, to draw in top talent.
  • Oversee the interview process, ensuring a positive experience for candidates while collaborating with hiring managers.
  • Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and participate in recruitment events to promote our brand.
  • Engage in special projects that enhance the recruitment function and contribute to our overall success.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation abilities to secure top candidates.
  • Proven experience in developing sourcing strategies for various roles.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of hiring regulations and applicant tracking systems.

Preferred Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Experience in recruiting for manufacturing or similar roles is advantageous.
  • Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP are a plus.
