Requirements:

  2. Strong ability to organize, motivate, communicate, and listen to a team.
  3. Ability to manage and mentor a tiered team of remote workers.
  4. Experience utilizing service request software.
  5. Experience in IT Desktop Support and/or as an IT Business Analyst.
  6. Strong written and oral communication skills.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills.
