Job Overview

Forward Slope Inc is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our Global Security and Engineering Solutions Team. This full-time position is located in Charleston, SC and offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage programs to ensure implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives.
  • Plan and develop methods and procedures for specific programs, directing and coordinating program activities, and exercising control over personnel responsible for specific functions or phases of the program.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
  • Oversee programmatic support, including technology assessments, systems design, systems analysis, and budget planning.
  • Manage DoD or Foreign Military Sales (FMS) C4ISR Programs, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in this field.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business.
  • 15 years of technical experience in support of C4ISR Systems, including equipment support, system support, and programmatic support.
  • 8 years of Program Management experience, including technology assessments, systems design, systems analysis, and programmatic support.
  • Active U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain one.
