Job Description:

BAE Systems USA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our Tactical Mobile (TacMobile) Systems Lifecycle Support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the sustainment of the existing fielded configurations as well as developing and fielding future capabilities for the TacMobile sites (USN, RAAF and FMS customers).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to meet the Navy's TacMobile objectives.
  • Program Management: Manage the overall program budget, schedule, and resources effectively.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess an understanding of the TacMobile Program of Record (POR) and the three configurations.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure TacMobile program success.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the program team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • 15 years of direct work experience in support of Command & Control (C2) and/or Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Platforms.
  • 8 years of direct work experience, to include: Design, Development, Production, Installation, and Test & Evaluation of C2 and/or ISR Platforms.
  • 5 years as project manager of C2 and/or ISR Platforms (e.g. TacMobile Program of Record) to include: Supervising Project Personnel, Scheduling Work, Writing Proposals and Preparing Bids, and Equipment and Material Logistics Control.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Master's degree.
  • Experience with Foreign Military Sales and Foreign Disclosure requirements.
  • Familiarity with ITAR and Export Control.
