As a vital member of the Human Resources team, you will assist in the daily functions of the HR department, ensuring smooth operations and effective employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the recruitment process by screening, interviewing, and conducting background checks on potential candidates.
- Facilitate the orientation programs for new hires, ensuring they are well-informed and welcomed.
- Handle various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining employee records.
- Collaborate with HR to enhance employee participation and morale within the organization.
- Assist in extending job offers to selected candidates.
- Contribute to planning and executing employee engagement activities, including events and outings.
- Coordinate and monitor training requirements for staff members.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the HR Manager or Supervisor.
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage incoming mail and correspondence efficiently.
- Participate in safety initiatives and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Carry out miscellaneous tasks as needed.
- Associate degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with software applications.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
