Role Summary
The Customer Service Representatives (CSR) play a vital role in the success of our fixed base operation (FBO) by consistently delivering exceptional customer service. As a CSR, you will often be the first point of contact for visitors, engaging with them in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests warmly and work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive experience.
  • Facilitate effective communication between customers, the FBO, and other departments to meet service needs.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries and offering additional services.
  • Process customer transactions accurately, including purchases and fuel transactions, in line with company protocols.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Signature's facilities, services, and surrounding areas to assist customers effectively.
  • Provide concierge services, such as arranging hotel reservations, transportation, and catering.
  • Assist pilots with access to essential airport and weather information.
  • Support visitors with luggage handling and assist line service personnel as needed.
  • Adhere to emergency response procedures during critical events.
  • Propose enhancements to operational standards and practices to management.
  • Exhibit professionalism and courtesy to all stakeholders at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols as mandated by the company and airport regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of time worked and services rendered.

Job Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Valid state driver's license where applicable.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
  • Authorization to work in the country of employment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules and in diverse weather conditions.
  • Basic arithmetic skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in aviation, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with radio procedures and protocols is a plus.
