The University of Colorado is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join its team. This full-time position will be based at the College of Nursing's federally qualified community health center, Sheridan Health Services, in southwest Denver.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or resources.
- Process insurance verifications and obtain necessary authorizations.
