Job Overview

Join Our Team as a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist
  • Deliver comprehensive Cloud, Platform, and System Operations support to government clients.
  • Oversee, enhance, and resolve issues related to cloud computing, storage solutions, and application hosting environments.
  • Evaluate cloud performance metrics and systems to identify potential vulnerabilities.
  • Execute real-time surveillance and assessment of security notifications from diverse systems.
  • Track network incidents, disruptions, and service quality issues related to network functionalities.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT (minimum of 5 years).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Cloud Analyst role.
  • Proficient in monitoring networks within both cloud and on-premises settings.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities.
