About This Role

The Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to leaders, aligning people strategies with business goals and objectives. Key responsibilities include collaborating with leadership on organizational needs, building and implementing solutions, consulting with employees and leaders to address issues, coaching, influencing, facilitating, presenting, and communicating effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management, or related field required
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
