Key Responsibilities- Partner with the President/CEO and executive team to align HR strategies with the organization's mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
- Lead the implementation of HR strategy driving organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and results-driven performance.
- Advise leadership on succession and workforce planning; talent shortage and/or skill gaps in business-units across the organization; and present clear strategies addressing solutions to meet business needs.
- Drive insights and recommendations to improve HR operations supporting strategic business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's preferred).
- Certification: SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar HR certification is required.
- Demonstrated leadership in the role of an HR Director (minimum 5 years) with experience in managing legal compliance issues, including labor law, employee rights, and workplace safety.
