Senior HR Leadership Opportunity

Syntegon Technology is a leading provider of process and packaging technology, with a commitment to innovation and excellence. We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Leader to join our team, driving business growth and success through effective human resources management.

About the Role

This is a senior HR leadership position responsible for overseeing all human resources functions across the Americas region, aligning HR strategy with business objectives and ensuring a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic HR leadership, talent management, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Leadership: Lead the execution of HR strategies for the Americas Sales & Services teams and act as a key liaison between the VP of HR and regional leadership teams.
  • Talent Management: Oversee performance management, leadership development, and succession planning, serving as a trusted HR advisor to managers on career development, compensation, and talent assessments.
  • Employee Engagement and Organizational Development: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness, championing diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to foster a culture of respect and collaboration.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and regulations across the Americas region, mitigating HR-related risks while maintaining alignment with global HR strategies.
  • HR Operations and Innovation: Manage regional HR budgets, lead the implementation of HR technologies, and optimize HR processes to improve operational efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree and SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in senior HR leadership roles managing operations across multiple regions.
  • Strong knowledge of US labor laws and regulations, with an understanding of global HR practices.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, change management, organizational development, and HR technologies.
  • Proven track record in strategic HR leadership, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional teams.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000 per annum, based on a full-time schedule. Total rewards include salary, 25% bonus potential, and a generous benefits package that meets employees' needs.
