Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller/HR Manager to oversee all financial management and human resource practices at Franklin Press Inc. The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, forecasts preparation, internal control policy development, and financial risk management. Additionally, they should possess excellent skills in managing employee relations, performance management, training & development, payroll, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Manage all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.
  • Coordinate and direct the preparation of financial forecasts and report variances.
  • Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements to stakeholders, as well as year-end financial statements to our CPA.
  • Research technical accounting issues for compliance purposes.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting, monitor loans, AP, and AR.
  • Manage local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
  • Manage and administer employee benefits.
  • Develop and manage employee relations.

Requirements
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 annually, based on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, 401(k), profit sharing, paid holidays, and PTO.
