About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Ecumen Lakeshore. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as delegated by the Clinical Director.
  • Provide physical care to residents, including vital sign monitoring and Range of Motion exercises, in a manner that encourages independence and dignity.
  • Respond to safety hazards, call lights, and requests for assistance, and reassign duties as needed.
  • Report changes in resident condition, behavior, and level of independent functioning to the nurse.
  • Assist with admissions and discharges, and report pertinent information to appropriate personnel.
  • Accurately complete required documentation.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant certificate
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Able to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the facility
