Urology Territory Manager

A key member of our sales team, the Urology Territory Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the urology market. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed annual revenue targets, while building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed annual revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the medical device industry
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel within territory and occasionally outside of territory
