We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Water Resources Director to join our team as a Director. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development of water resources engineering projects and providing technical expertise to clients.
About the Role- Lead the development of water resources engineering projects, including drainage design and management.
- Provide technical expertise to clients, including business development, client meetings, and presentations.
- Manage budgets and schedules for ongoing projects, including preparation of technical reports and construction cost estimating.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including proposal and RFQ responses.
- 8+ years of civil engineering experience, with a focus on water resources engineering.
- Experience with drainage design, including HEC-RAS and HEC-HMS.
- PE required.
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
