Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design and development of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including large diameter transmission mains, sewage force mains, and gravity systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects that meet client needs and expectations.
- Develop and implement technical solutions to complex water and wastewater infrastructure challenges.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and designers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve project outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure design and development.
- Strong technical expertise in water and wastewater infrastructure design, including large diameter transmission mains, sewage force mains, and gravity systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Professional certification or licensure in the Northeast, MidAtlantic, and/or MidWest Regions, and ability to obtain multiple licenses through reciprocity.
