Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including large diameter transmission mains, sewage force mains, and gravity systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to complex water and wastewater infrastructure challenges.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and designers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure design and development.
  • Strong technical expertise in water and wastewater infrastructure design, including large diameter transmission mains, sewage force mains, and gravity systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Professional certification or licensure in the Northeast, MidAtlantic, and/or MidWest Regions, and ability to obtain multiple licenses through reciprocity.
