Event Coordinator

At Event Horizon Dynamics, we're passionate about delivering exceptional events that leave a lasting impact. As an Event Coordinator, you'll play a crucial part in supporting the successful execution of our events. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with event managers in planning and executing events, including venue selection, logistics coordination, and vendor management. You'll also provide administrative assistance, including drafting event timelines, preparing documents, and maintaining databases. Additionally, you'll assist with on-site event management, including attendee registration, managing event materials, and addressing inquiries. To be successful in this role, you'll need excellent organizational and time-management skills, as well as exposure to diverse and exciting events across various industries. A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred, and previous experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with event managers in planning and executing events
• Provide administrative assistance, including drafting event timelines and preparing documents
• Assist with on-site event management, including attendee registration and managing event materials
• Contribute to creating marketing materials and promotional content for events
• Assist in collecting and analyzing event data to measure effectiveness and gather insights for future campaigns

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Previous experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Exposure to diverse and exciting events across various industries
