Job Overview:

This position is part of our Muscle Up Program, designed to support drivers on their daily routes. The role spans a duration of six months, with the potential for permanent employment and benefits based on performance. The work schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts, starting between 5 AM and 7 AM.

Compensation: $17.15 per hour, with opportunities for overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product merchandising in high-volume retail stores, including stocking shelves and organizing displays.
  • Ensure proper rotation of products in storage and on the sales floor.
  • Utilize equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks for transporting products.
  • Display promotional materials effectively to enhance product visibility.
  • Maintain a clean and organized backroom stock area.
  • Communicate effectively with store managers and PepsiCo management regarding store operations.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships at the store level.
  • Adhere to operational procedures, including scanning and following designated routes.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by being attentive to customer needs.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, managing your own schedule.
  • Ensure regular and reliable attendance.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to pass a physical capabilities test, if required.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
  • Access to personal transportation for multi-store locations.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in retail or grocery environments, with an understanding of store operations.
  • Skills in moving and merchandising products effectively.
  • Experience in managing backroom inventory and organizing stock.
  • Customer service experience, including handling inquiries and complaints.
