About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations at Carlton-Edwards. This role demands a highly organized individual with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Salary:$95,000 - $120,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning:
  • Develop and implement efficient financial processes to support construction, architecture, payroll, and banking operations.
  • Cost Control:
  • Manage construction accounts payable, including invoice coding, purchase orders, lien waivers, and payments to subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Accounting Tasks:
  • Process payments for consultants, office supplies, studio rents, utilities, and loans.
  • Financial Analysis:
  • Compile financial reports, reconcile accounts, and maintain organized records for monthly statements.
  • HR Support:
  • Process bi-weekly payroll, reconcile benefits invoices, and manage employee accounts and benefits.
  • Office Administration:
  • Oversee office supplies, mail distribution, client meetings, and shipping tasks. Serve as the primary contact for office maintenance and cleaning.
