Job Title: Gas Compliance Manager

At Liberty Utilities, we are seeking a highly skilled Gas Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our gas operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining a high level of quality in our gas operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compliance maintenance plans and processes to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with gas utilities and IT to identify and correct discrepancies in compliance reporting.
  • Provide leadership for the prioritization of gas operations/engineering related technology enhancement requests.
  • Champion gas operations/engineering related technology enhancements and work with executive leadership to secure funding.
  • Identify areas of risk and facilitate development of mitigation plans with gas utilities, leadership, IT, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience within the natural gas industry.
  • Prefer project management experience.
  • Team Lead experience – demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members.
