About the Role:

As a Solutions Engineer, you will be the primary technical resource for our sales and operations teams, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your expertise in data center infrastructure, cloud computing, and colocation will enable you to design and deliver complex hosting solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver custom data center solutions for hyperscale customers
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to understand customer needs and provide technical solutions
  • Develop and present technical proposals and designs to customers
  • Work with internal teams to assemble and present technical, contractual, and service order information to customers
  • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFPs
Requirements:
  • Four or more years of experience in Sales Engineering, preferably focused on managed services and custom designed solutions
  • Two or more years of experience working in data center infrastructure (space, power, connectivity) or equivalent experience
  • Experience in hyperscale colocation design is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Excellent written and presentation communication skills with the capacity to articulate complex technical topics to varying customer audiences
