HCM Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient HCM Solution Architect who thrives in a hands-on environment, while also possessing the ability to strategically partner with senior business leaders. This role demands a unique blend of in-depth product expertise, hands-on configuration skills, technical leadership, and the ability to translate business needs into effective, implementable HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Hands-On Implementation Leadership: Take ownership of the technical aspects of Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, leading configuration workshops, performing hands-on system setup, troubleshooting issues, and guiding the technical team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strategic Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business leaders (VP of HR and above), acting as a trusted advisor on all aspects of Oracle Cloud HCM strategy, implementation, and optimization.
- Joint Roadmap Development: Collaborate with business leaders to develop comprehensive Oracle Cloud HCM roadmaps that align with their strategic objectives, outlining key milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Solution Design and Configuration: Collaborate with business leaders to design, architect, and configure Oracle Cloud HCM solutions that meet their unique needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Technical Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert for all technical aspects of Oracle Cloud HCM, providing guidance on data migration, integration, reporting, customizations, and performance tuning.
- Data Management: Oversee data migration and integration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the transition to Oracle Cloud HCM. Develop and implement data validation and cleansing strategies.
- Change Management and Adoption: Support organizational change management efforts, helping users adopt and embrace new HCM technologies and processes through effective training, communication, and support strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest Oracle Cloud HCM innovations and industry trends, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance existing solutions and drive further business value.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in a top consulting firm within their Oracle HCM practice, demonstrating a balance of hands-on implementation, technical leadership, and strategic consulting.
- Product Expertise: Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Time & Labor, etc.) and their technical capabilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Oracle Cloud HCM configuration, data migration, integration, reporting, and customizations. Proficiency in SQL, HCM Data Loader, and other relevant tools.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable configurations.
- Communication and Leadership: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical and functional issues independently.
- Passion for Technology and HR: A genuine enthusiasm for leveraging technology to drive HR transformation and improve the employee experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Certifications: Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are a plus.
- Industry Experience: Experience in specific industries (e.g., healthcare, financial services, etc.) is desirable.
