Job Description
  • The estimated salary for this position is $100,000-$130,000 per year, depending on experience.

As a clinical pediatric pharmacy manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the pediatric pharmacy department, including staff supervision, inventory management, and quality control. Your expertise in pediatric pharmacology and pharmacy management will enable you to develop and implement strategies to optimize patient care and improve outcomes.

You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance patient safety and satisfaction. Additionally, you may participate in education and training programs to promote best practices in pediatric pharmacy care.

Your leadership skills and ability to foster a positive work environment will be essential in motivating and guiding your team to achieve excellence in patient care.

Required Qualifications
  • A Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) or a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (BSP) with a minimum of three years of clinical experience and management experience is required.
  • Certification as a Board-Certified Pediatric Pharmacist (BCPP) is preferred but not mandatory.

Candidates must possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and knowledge of quality improvement principles are also essential for this role.
