Main Responsibilities

Court reporting, transcription, and trial services are at the core of our business. We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a senior account executive - legal services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth in assigned accounts and regions, focusing on net-new business and managing a book of business.
  • Ensure quality and consistency of product and service delivery.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals from field activity and lead generation sources.
  • Identify and pursue net-new business opportunities.
  • Manage account services through quality checks and follow-up.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through ongoing education and professional development.

Main Requirements:

  • Local travel to current and potential clients, requiring a valid state driver's license.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel.
  • Experience selling to the legal market, with a strong understanding of court reporting and deposition services.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and legal database systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
