Job Title: Service Center Clerical Support Specialist

As a key member of our service center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling clerical duties, and supporting operations and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Answer telephones, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Clerical Support: Perform various clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Operations Support: Assist with daily operations, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
  • Sales Support: Provide support to sales teams, including preparing sales materials and tracking sales performance.
Requirements:
  • Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Clerical Experience: Previous experience in a clerical role, with proficiency in data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and other relevant applications.
