Key Responsibilities
  • Support hardware faults and customer requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage assigned issues and work based on priority level, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity
  • Utilize web-based tools for managing and locating hardware in data center suites and storage rooms
  • Identify and troubleshoot a variety of server components and their functions
  • Perform BIOS, Firmware, and iDrag updates in coordination with remote support teams
  • Troubleshoot and repair network devices experiencing issues or failures while coordinating with Network Reliability Engineering (NRE)
  • Interface with internal customers to coordinate troubleshooting and downtime in a professional manner
  • Submit RMA requests for replacement parts and resolve tickets and tasks within SLA/SLO
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years' experience in DC support
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in web-based tools and hardware troubleshooting
