Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Levy, a leading provider of food, beverage, and retail services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our food service programs, including payroll, benefits, and HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the timely and accurate completion of all team member timesheets and tip entries into the payroll system
  • Issue paychecks and manage direct deposits
  • Maintain employee payroll records
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly payroll and tip reports (Compliance purposes and Seniority List updates)
  • Develop and implement payroll plans for the location in partnership with managers
  • Ensure all Levy and legal payroll standards are completed in a timely manner
  • Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with policies and procedures
  • Manage MySTAFF clock punches, capability, and optimize performance
  • Assist with onboarding and clock-in orientation training for new team members
