HR Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Levy, a leading provider of food, beverage, and retail services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our food service programs, including payroll, benefits, and HR-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the timely and accurate completion of all team member timesheets and tip entries into the payroll system
- Issue paychecks and manage direct deposits
- Maintain employee payroll records
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly payroll and tip reports (Compliance purposes and Seniority List updates)
- Develop and implement payroll plans for the location in partnership with managers
- Ensure all Levy and legal payroll standards are completed in a timely manner
- Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with policies and procedures
- Manage MySTAFF clock punches, capability, and optimize performance
- Assist with onboarding and clock-in orientation training for new team members
- High level of computer literacy
