  • Collaborate with management staff to resolve employee concerns and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual (Spanish required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business tools
  • Two years of related work experience
