HR Coordinator

Aston Carter is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, including completing new hire paperwork, setting up benefits, and providing orientation.
- Administer benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, including maintaining accurate records and providing training to employees.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
